Payment Terms and Conditions
All our bookings/hires will have an agreed upon price at the time of booking. For private bookings e.g. Birthdays, Anniversaries, Weddings etc. payments are to be made on the day of service, on the arrival of our team to your event. Payments are to made by cash, though sometimes we are able to arrange a card payment option. Please discuss this at time of booking if it is your preferred method of payment. Our card machine is provided by iZettle, more information can be found by following the link to their website below. Payments must be made before our team can begin setting up and working at your event.
For corporate or public events, payment can also be made on the day by cash, cheque (made payable to Pure Brilliant Events) or card (if requested at time of booking) Alternatively we can arrange an invoice which is payable within 30 days after the event date.
At this time we only request deposits for balloon decoration/displays or bookings which require purchase of extra materials. This will be discussed at time of booking
